選擇國際運送

空運：抵台通知超過七天以上未確認商品狀況，產生客訴案件，將無法與賣家反應或評價處理。
海運：抵台時間超過一個月以上，無法與賣家反應商品疑慮、功能異常、給予評價...等。
海運商品缺少或收到錯誤商品，可協助詢問賣家，但若有其他因素(延遲領貨、認知不同、頁面相符...等)，均不接受任何問題及客訴處理。

常見問題與膺品處理方式

古董、名牌類商品收到發現為膺品，需要舉證正規品(正品)與仿冒品的差異清晰照片。
若無法提供相關證明(僅限精品名牌)，可協助尋找日本當地第三方公正機關進行精品鑑定服務會員需自行負擔鑑定費用及海內外宅配和往返國際運費。
商品若有日本第三方公正單位證明後，我們會協助反映，但決定權在賣家手上，我們無法保證退貨成功。
古董類鐵瓶漏水，需要將漏水的地方拍攝清晰照片。
商品若是於國際運送或台灣國內運送損壞，需要提供台灣運送的外箱與商品外箱損壞清晰照片。

註：
